Pumpkin with beef soup

Ingredients:
640 g pumpkin
240 g beef
1 slice ginger

Marinade:
1 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tps oli
1 tsp cornstach
some sugar

 Seasoning:
salt to taste

Method
1.Rinse wipe dry beef and cut into slice thinly,stir in marinade and for 20 min
2.Peel,dessed,rinse and cut pumpkin into small pieces.
3.boil 1000ml water pour in ginger slice and pumpkin.cook until pumpkin tender.add in beef until done
 turn off heat,season with sait and serve hot.
